A: It is always recommended to follow the most up-to-date safety measures during web based trading.
Here are a few tips:
- A Firewall/antivirus software should be running on the computer being used for trading.
- The latest web browses, for most up-to-date security.
- Using a Mac O.S., does not entitle maximum security. Please ensure Firewall Security is enabled for your Mac Computer.
- Every browser has the option to clear History and Browser Cache. This will remove all data that might have been stored/cached. Vist our Troubleshooting page for clearing cache procedures.
- Kindly change your passwords in regular intervals to prevent unauthorized access.
